July 3rd Hotfixes - Epic Gems Secondary Stat Nerf

July 3rd hotfixes include a nerf to epic gems with secondary stats--they provide 50 of the stat, down from 60.

Other notable changes include:

Reduced the amount of quest items needed to complete many Requisition quests and Bounty daily quests in Nazjatar. This was covered in our Today in Nazjatar post earlier today.

Many Mechagon projects now use reagents from your bank, saving bag space.
