Patch 8.2 Hotfixes for July 10th - Sticky Seaweed, World Quest Nerfs

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for July 10th which includes some changes to many difficult or time consuming World Quests (Including Sticky Seaweed!), a change to when Blackwater Behemoth spawns and more!

Budding Algan and Brinestone Algan are no longer unique pets, and can now be collected in multiples or caged like other pets.
Creatures and NPCs

Seaspray Champions no longer chase players beyond their home turf.
