Dungeon Changes for Season 3 - Mythic+ Scaling Changes, Beguiling, Spell Changes

Season 3 of Battle for Azeroth launches on July 9th (10th for EU) and, with it, there are notable changes happening with Dungeons, with NPC receiving changes, a new Seasonal Affix, and the whole scaling system for Mythic+ being increased.
