Yesterday, we were alerted to the fact that a cloth shoulder piece was not dropping from random Azerite tokens purchased from the Titan Residuum vendor. In a very fast turn around, Blizzard not only hotfixed the issue, but even more surprisingly also offered to compensate affected players - those cloth users who had previously gambled for a shoulder piece and got in touch with Blizzard Support were refunded enough residuum for another random roll.
