The Mystery of Solesa Naksu

Datamining hints point to the presence of Solesa Naksu--a hidden NPC that while unfinished, was exposed in this week's maintenance.

This Reddit thread noted that "Solesa Naksu " was now appearing as a zone on their map selector. However, when we tried to access the map through the UI, we received errors on both PTR and live.
