We've found some hotfixes for Eternal Palace boss abilities, player items and player trinkets that Blizzard has made recently in preparation for the Season 3 launch.

Bloodthirsty Coral   10% of damage taken grants you Healing Blood, up to total. Every 3 sec, * (1 + Versatility)] Healing Blood is expended to heal you if you are injured.
