Aqueous Reliquary Bugged Droprates

Blizzard has clarified how the Aqueous Reliquary items should drop, which are needed to make three Azerite Essences. However, there is a bug affecting the Reliquary amounts. which will be fixed at the start of next week, leading to an increase.
