July 18th Hotfixes: Conflict and Strife Effects, Blackwater Behemoth Loot, Lively Spirit
July 18th Hotfixes include fixes to Blackwater Behemoth loot not dropping if the boss was defeated during a phase transition, Lively Spirit granting more stacks of Intellectt than intended, and the Conflict and Strife Essence teaching players some abilities twice.
