Titanforged Cap to Remain at 425 with Crucible of Storms Opening

Blizzard has clarified on Twitter that the item level cap for Titanforging won't change with the opening of Crucible of Storms. Players were wondering if the cap would be increased with the new raid because of its increased item level rewards.

In the new raid, items from the first boss, The Restless Cabal, drop 5 item levels higher, while items from Uu'nat, drop 10 item levels higher than their Battle of Dazar'alor counterparts.
