Patch 8.1.5 Brings Back a Separate Battleground Queue for Characters with XP Off

Historically, Blizzard had separate queues for characters with XP gains turned off ever since the feature has existed since usually those characters are twinks and caused an imbalance in Battleground due to their gear advantage. In Legion, with the advent of character templates, all queues were merged, since it wasn't possible for XP off characters to have any significant gear benefits over non-twinks.

Now, in Battle for Azeroth, this has changed.
