Azsharan Medallion to Start Xal'atath Quest Coming Later in 8.1.5

Patch 8.1.5 introduces many new story quests, following up on the War Campaign, Hati, Magni, and some characters from Before the Storm. But one addition from the PTR hasn't been seen on live servers yet--the quest series related to Xal'atath, and Blizzard today confirmed this will not be available until closer to the Crucible of Storms launch.
