Rise of Shadows is revealed to be the first expansion in Hearthstone's Year of the Dragon. In this expansion, villains from Hearthstone's past band together in the League of E.V.I.L. to attack Dalaran, with the new mechanic Twinspell and Token Card Lackeys.
