Mythic Jaina Nerfs - Chilling Touch and HP Reduction

We are getting reports that Mythic Jaina has received a 5% Health nerf and that 10% Chilling Touch damage was reduced by 10% in Mythic Difficulty.

These nerfs come after the Horde Hall of Fame has officially closed, however, there are still 84 slots in the Alliance one.
