Crucible of Storms Loot Item Levels

The Crucible of Storms, a short 2 boss raid coming on April 16th, has a small but interesting loot table of items with intriguing special effects. The most recent PTR build changed the item level of the drops to be higher than that of Daza'alor on the same difficulty, implying that the raid may be tuned slightly harder than Dazar'alor.
