March 5th Hotfixes - Twin-Pipe Buster Cannon Buff

March 5th hotfixes include freezing tidepools lasting for 50 seconds on Raid Finder difficulty, buffing the bonus effect damage of Twin-Pipe Buster Cannon to make it more competitive with other ranged weapons, and a fix for Virulent Plague accidentally interrupting the enemy's eating and drinking after the initial cast of Outbreak.
