8.1.5 PTR Build 29683 - Spell Changes and Tools of the Trade Reagent Tweaks

Today's 8.1.5 PTR build added several changes previewed in the earlier Official Patch Notes, including changing mana costs and Beast Mastery buffs. Several reagents for Tools of the Trade crafted items have also changed.

Cyclone   Tosses the enemy target into the air, disorienting them but making them invulnerable for up to 6 sec. Only one target can be affected by your Cyclone at a time.
