World First Race - Mythic Crucible Hotfixes to Oblivion Tear and Eyes of N'Zoth

As we approach the end of the first week of Mythic Crucible of Storms, 36 guilds are now working on Mythic U'unat and Blizzard has pushed some hotfixes that impact the fight and change some ability overlaps during the encounter.
