Upcoming Class Changes in Next Week's Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara PTR

Blizzard has posted the first set of class changes that will be seen in next week's Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara PTR. Changes to Vengeance Demon Hunter, Guardian Druid, Protection Warrior, Outlaw Rogue and Beast Mastery Hunter.
