Hotfixes for 4/23: Auspicious Spirits Nerf, Crucible of Storms Items in PvP

Hotfixes for April 23 include a small nerf to Shadow Priests via Auspicious Spirits, as well as some Crucible of Storms items having their effects reduced in PvP combat.

DoT specs are often in the "normal" damage range for single-target fights and can be significantly above "normal" for multi-target fights.
