April 17th Hotfixes - Crucible Loot Restrictions

April 17th hotfixes add restrictions on some Crucible loot. For example, Legplates of Unbound Anguish no longer drop for Blood Death Knights, Holy and Protection Paladins, or Protection Warriors.
