PTR Class and Azerite Essence Changes - Death Knight, Guardian, Vengeance

Blizzard has just posted the next class changes that will happen on the next Rise of Azshara PTR build, which includes changes to Frost and Unholy Death Knights, Guardian Druids and Vengeance Demon Hunters, as well as tuning some Azerite Essences.
