Shadowlands Pre-Patch Hotfixes for October 15th - Heirloom 4pc Bonus, Heart of Azeroth Quest Fix

We have another round of Shadowlands pre-patch hotfixes. It's a smaller batch than yesterday's round, making Dreamwalk available earlier for Druids and fixing the Heart of Azeroth intro quest. They've also fixed the heirloom 4pc bonus Flash of Brilliance to not damage enemy players, unless War Mode is on.
