Rextroy on AoE One-Shots with Frost Shock

Today we are looking at using Frost Shock to one-shot players on your Shaman! Rextroy turns Frost Shock into a killer by taking advantage of Hailstorm, an Enhancement talent which boosts Frost Shock damage by 35%...and surprisingly persists after you change to Elemental spec until your buffs fall off.

Rextroy's last video, covering stealthed Starfall ambushes, was hotfixed soon after so this may likely be already reported to Blizzard too.
