100% Reputation Buff Impressive Influence Gone on November 1st

As mentioned by Blizzard during the return of the reputation buff, European players have reported that the Impressive Influence buff is gone as European clocks have ticked midnight for November 1st.

Many players expected the buff to last until Shadowlands release, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Note that it is possible that this was an oversight on Blizzard's end with the delay of the expansion.
