2 Hour Refund Time Counts Down While Offline in Shadowlands Pre-Patch

The 2 Hour Refund Time has changed in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch as the refund time counts down while offline. This is different than the 2 Hour Trading Time that you get to trade Raid Loot to another person, which is unchanged.
