Covenant Ability Recap for Shadowlands Beta Build 36806 - Tuning Changes, AoE Caps

Last week's Shadowlands Beta Build contained many more Covenant Ability changes including tuning for many Covenant abilities and some additional target caps for Covenant abilities. This is our recap of those changes.

Highlights:

Death Knight Abomination Limb now grants additional effects per spec and is now target capped. Shackle the Unworthy CDR removed and replaced by a 50% chance to spread the effect on each rune used.

Druid Kindred Spirits and Ravenous Frenzy Covenant abilities nerfed.
