Chromie Time Temporarily Restricts Group Finder to Dungeons from that Expansion

There's a lot of confusion going around with the way queuing for dungeons works in the Shadowlands Prepatch, as Chromie Time initially limits players to queuing for dungeons from the selected expansion. As highlighted on Reddit, this limitation splits up the player base and can lead to some extended wait times.
