Season 3 Mythic+ Affix Beguiling Tuning on PTR

The Season 3 Mythic+ Affix Beguiling has received some tuning on the PTR with each type of Beguiling Emissary receiving some changes.

Beguiling Notes

Here are the changes that have been made to Beguiling since the affix first went up on the PTR.

Teleport: The Eternal Palace now has a 5 sec cast time (down from 8 sec).

Enchanted Emissary
Queen's Decree: Blowback now reflects 150% damage (down from 200%).
