Artifact Knowledge and Artifact Power Changes Reverted on 8.2 PTR

Sometime over the last day or two, Blizzard appears to have hotfixed out the recent Artifact Knowledge and Artifact Power changes on the 8.2 PTR. If you're planning to grind for the Minor Essence slot at level 55, this makes the grind much easier.

How We Found Out

Using 3 datapoints at neck level 50, 55 and 60 on the PTR, something had changed regarding the amount of Artifact Power needed to level up your Heart of Azeroth.
