Nazjatar Quest Weapons - Confirmed Lower Item Level

Blizzard has released a blue post confirming that the Nazjatar quest from the PTR which rewarded an ilvl 415 weapon was a bug, and it should instead be ilvl 370.

Hello.

I can confirm that there was a bug in the PTR that was causing this reward to generate at an unintentionally high item level, and the bug was finally fixed just before the content update went live.
