8.2 PTR Build 30827 Spell and Essence Hotfixes - Discipline Priest PvP Talent Changes

Blizzard has applied some hotfixes to the PTR. These changes include the Memory of Lucid Dreams and Ripple in Space Essence tuning announced yesterday and some Discipline Priest PvP Talent changes.
