Artifact Power to Level Heart of Azeroth Severely Reduced on 8.2 Launch

With Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara now live on NA Servers, the amount of Artifact Power needed to level up your Heart of Azeroth has been severely reduced on 8.2 Launch. We essentially just got multiple weeks of Artifact Knowledge for free. Who doesn't love free?
