8.2 PTR Pre-Patch Spell and Essence Hotfixes - Tank & Healer Essences, Hot Trub Nerf

Blizzard has released a set of hotfixes on the PTR, which include last week's announced Tank and Healer Essence changes as well as a nerf to the Hot Trub PvP Talent for Brewmaster.
