Fabious is one of the new mounts in Rise of Azshara, and it was a mystery on how it was obtained, as the NPC who awards it was not in the database until a few days ago. Today with the patch release, the Secret Finding Discord Community figured out how to obtain this mount - Turns out, you gotta appeal to his vanity! Thanks to Alli3c4t for the pictures in this post.
