Why the Compendium of Storms is a Good Trinket in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch

Today we are taking a look at why most of the top parses in Warcraft Logs are using the trinket Highborne Compendium of Storms.

This trinket was added in Patch 8.2 and was really strong at the time, becoming instantly better than any previous trinket for casters. Now, with Shadowlands Pre-patch, the trinket is back in logs for similar reasons.
