Refunding Shadowlands Pre-Order Locks Boosted Character from Heroic/Epic Edition Perk

With the Shadowlands expansion delays, Blizzard is offering refunds on pre-orders. As many players in our comments were curious what would happen to level 120 boosted characters tied to Heroic or Epic Edition Shadowlands pre-order perks, we wanted to highlight Blizzard's customer service policy.

Boosted characters tied to refunded expansion purchases will appear locked on the character selection screen.
