With less than a week for the 9.0 Pre-Patch, it is a good time to highlight that most sources of raw gold farming will be receiving quite a hit with Patch 9.0. In the current state, Players can expect a nerf between 35% and 50%, depending on the raw gold source.

This change is likely a result of the Shadowlands Item Level Squish, which reduced the overall item level of items, leading to a decrease in their vendor sell value.
