List of AoE Target Caps in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch and Impact on Classes

In Shadowlands, Area of Effect (AoE) Damage is seeing a change to its basic philosophy. Currently in Battle for Azeroth, players can pull huge numbers of mobs with AoE abilities that will do damage to all of them. While this is rather efficient for players, Blizzard would like to see a return to a more strategic paradigm. Target caps are being introduced to AoE abilities.
