Conduit Item Level and Rank Scaling Now Implemented on the Shadowlands Beta

The Item Level and Rank scaling of Conduits is now available for testing on the Shadowlands Beta. The Dungeon Journal now lists Conduit Item Levels for dungeons, and players have tested getting Conduit drops from various Mythic+ keystones, getting a Rank 6 Conduit from a +15 End-of-Dungeon chest.
