Blizzard Has Delayed PvP Rank Pools Hotfix Planned for October 13th

Blizzard has delayed the hotfix to PvP Rank Pools, originally scheduled for October 13th. The hotfix was intended to make deleted player characters no longer count towards the PvP pool.
