Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for February 13th - Awakened Obelisk Creature Nerfs

Blizzard has posted hotfixes for February 13th, noting that some of the creatures from the Awakened Obelisks have been nerfed, including the Tankbuster Spirit Breaker, the Fear from Samh'rek, the Bleed from the Fleshfiends and the MInd Flay tentacles!
