Update to Upcoming Patch 8.3 Class Balance Changes for February 25th

Blizzard has updated the Class Balance Changes that are coming on February 25th, updating some of the previously listed buffs and nerfs.

I’ve updated the OP above with three further adjustments:

Windwalkers will not have their damage increased in PvP situations.

For Unholy and Frost DKs, Death Strike healing is being taken down to 30% in PvP.

For Blood DKs, Death Strike healing is being taken down to 19% in PvP.
