Legendary Cloak Cap Increased to Rank 12 - Details and Requirements

After the Weekly Reset has completed in your region on February 25th (NA) / 26th (EU), the Legendary Cloak cap will be increased to Rank 12. This week, upgrading the Cloak will provide you with Draconic Empowerment, a proc that grants you a large amount of main stat!

At Rank 12, the Legendary Cloak gains Draconic Empowerment, a Main Stat proc. Draconic Empowerment has 1.25 PPM and can proc off your spells or abilities.
