Upcoming Patch 8.3 Class Balance Changes for February 25th

Blizzard has announced class balance changes going into effect with the next weekly maintenance on February 25th, including buffs to MM Hunters, WW Monks, Frost Mages, Enhancement Shaman, and Demonology Warlocks. There are also some PvP tweaks including nerfs to Death Strike and Demon Armor.
