Blizzard's Response to Resetting the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer NPCs

Blizzard has gone to the forums to reply to concerns from players about the use of strategies to reset the timer for acquiring the Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer buff.

Currently, Blizzard has no plans to change the behavior, since it is a behavior that existed in Vanilla and Blizzard is being very careful when making any changes to mechanics like that.
