Blizzard has posted some upcoming changes to Horrific Visions coming with the Weekly Maintenance including more Coalescing Visions from Assaults, up to 4 pages of the Rank 2 Fear and Flesh page and more!

We’re working on a set of hotfixes to the game that should streamline upgrading your Legendary cloak via Horrific Visions.

Coalescing Visions now drop in higher numbers from Assaults and Daily Quests.
