Blizzard has a new blog post detailing the steps required to get your legendary cloak and start your corruption-filled adventure in Patch 8.3: Visions of N'Zoth. Blizzard also recently released a series of hotfixes increasing the amount of Coalescing Visions earned, removing the cap on Vessel of Horrific Visions, and reducing the amount of Torn Page of "The Final Truth" required for higher rank upgrades, which makes catching up on upgrades easier than ever!
