Complexity Limit has now reached their best attempt of 25% on Mythic N'Zoth, forcing another Dimensional Gateway to become active and activating a second secret Phase! Unfortunately, no one was able to make it to the other side, so we don't know what the new phase contains just yet.

At 25.5%, Mythic N'Zoth puts up his Psychic Shell, taking massively reduced damage. At this point, the RP for another Secret Phase starts which takes some time to activate.
