Legendary Cloak Updated - Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve and Increased Item Level

The Legendary cloak received some updates in the latest 8.3 PTR Build. It's now called Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve and has a higher item level!

New Name

The Legendary cloak is now called Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve. It's no longer called the Blacktalon Shroud.

New Item Levels

The Item Level of Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve no longer scales with every Rank. However, the sanity will still increase with every rank.
