Oct 25 Update to Blizzard's Class Changes in Patch 8.3 - Mistweaver Buff

Blizzard has updated their official class changes in Visions of N'zoth blog with another Mistweaver buff.

Rising Mist healing increased 30% 66%, and now extends Heal-over-time effects by 3 4 seconds (was 2 seconds).
